Located at 1038 South 9th Street, Golden Donuts was inspected on November 6, 2008. The donut shop was found to be in violation of the following:
Roach infestation was present. A live German roach was observed at service line area.
Mouse infestation was present. Mouse feces observed on floor perimeters and on window ledge where mini deep fryer is located.
