Le Petit Bistro, located at Terminal D at the Philadelphia International Airport, was inspected on November 6, 2008 and was cited for a whopping 10 critical health violations. The most notable were:
Mouse infestation was present. Feces observed on floor and shelving in basement storage area.
Roach infestation was present. Live roaches observed in refrigeration unit and on other equipment in basement storage area.
Fly infestation was present. Small flies observed in prep sink area and around uncovered vegs. at front counter.
Food is not protected from contamination. Small flies observed on food items at front counter. Food was not covered.
Ice is not protected from contamination. Mold observed on interior of ice machine.
